Update V1.4

Hei hei everyone!
V1.4 brings alot of new features to the table!
- Changed how the comments look, this is how looks like now "/This is a comment;". This is due to the new compiler.
- Added error messages around PengCode to inform about errors.
- Added one more example code, press "6" to get it.
- Compiler is now out, making PengCode a lot faster. RunCode is now from 102 blocks to only 42!
- Minor and Major bug fixes.
- Files with "-- This is a comment" does not work anymore.
