V1.3 - New things?

Hei, hei everyone!

Sorry for the spam of updates, but there has been a lot wrong with the project, from lag spikes to things not working.

• Fixed a lot of the lag spikes.
• Fixed saving issues.
• PengCode is now mobile-friendly.
• Press "C" to open settings.
• Removed some translations on start-up to reduce lag.
• The "funny" tips on start-up are now back! Have a laugh when the program loads!
• Made the progress text easier to understand.
• Code optimisations for faster response times.
• Fixed a bug in the pre-made code (file 5)
